At Wavemakers United, we know that addressing global challenges in water, food, and energy requires more than ambition — it requires strong partnerships.

With their support and vision, and through a wide network of global collaborators, we are building a new generation of changemakers committed to a sustainable future.

Through a growing network of Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with universities, NGOs, and international organizations, we are scaling our impact and connecting young leaders to real-world solutions.

TAUW Foundation

Since May 2025, Wavemakers United is supported by the TAUW Foundation, as part of the European Platform of Waves (EPW) Dream Project. The initiative empowers young people to engage with water and climate challenges across Europe through education, innovation, and community building.

Through this partnership, we are able to:

Train young Wavemakers through workshops, leadership programs, and global events
Develop educational projects focused on water, climate, and circular solutions
Build global bridges between generations, sectors, and communities

Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management

As a government partner, the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management plays a vital role in strengthening our reach and credibility, especially in the international arena.

With their support, we:

Stimulate the inflow of young people in water-related education
Present youth perspectives at high-level forums such as the UN Water Conference and COP
Connect policy and practice through youth-led pilot projects
Promote Dutch water expertise globally through young ambassadors
