GeoWeek is a nationwide educational initiative that introduces students (ages 10–15) to the world of geography, water, climate, and spatial thinking. From 7–17 April 2026, schools across the Netherlands take part in hands‑on “GeoExpeditions” hosted by companies, universities, and organizations working in the geo‑sector.
During these expeditions, children will explore real‑world challenges such as water management, climate adaptation, mapping, and sustainable innovation. The goal is to inspire the next generation to engage with the geosciences and discover how geography shapes our future.
