Second‑year Advanced Course students at the National Institute of Technology, Ichinoseki College will present their innovative ideas for solving local water challenges as part of their Scientific English course. Building on an SDG lecture held earlier in June, the students have worked in teams to design practical solutions for water issues in Ichinoseki City, all connected to SDG 6: Clean Water and Sanitation.
During the session, students will deliver their proposals, demonstrating both their engineering knowledge and their ability to communicate scientific ideas to a wider audience.

This session highlights how students can combine regional problem‑solving with an international perspective, strengthening their ability to address real‑world water issues through science, collaboration, and communication.
