The third edition of the Delft Water Market took place during the Delftse Water Week from March 22 to March 29. The event offered hands‑on activities, demonstrations, and conversations centered on this year’s theme: Safety and Resilience.
Wavemakers United joined the Delft Water Markt 2026 on Sunday 28th. We brought an interactive Augmented Reality (AR) water experience, inviting visitors to explore seven water‑related models, from the water cycle to coral reefs and ocean garbage, directly through their smartphones.
IHE Delft student, BenjamÃn Ramos, Vinicius Correa, Maria Fernanda Tavera, and Hassan Kajwangya, team guided participants through the AR models, discussing various topics such as water systems, pollution, and global sustainability challenges.
