On April 22nd, the Wave of Egypt hosted a day-long celebration of Earth Day at the Anna Lindh Foundation. The event brought together a diverse group of stakeholders to discuss water security, education, and diplomacy in relation to our planet’s most pressing environmental challenges.🌱
Tilly Stroo, managing Director and Founder of the Wavemakers United Foundation kicked the day of with an inaugural speech and thanked the fellows of the Wave for all their hard work and dedication to make the wave of Egypt a success thanks to Moustafa Abdalla.
Muhammet Bilgic, Education and Waves Manager of WUF hosted a panel discussion on water security and diplomacy featuring Eng. Shortly after we started with several workshops about eco-agriculture, career paths for technology, recycling strategies and great network opportunities.
The event was a great success, and we would like to thank all of the participants, speakers, and organizers for their contributions.
