on the 6th of September we gathered at Het Nieuwe Instituut Rotterdam for a farewell seminar, celebrating the incredible journey of Henk Ovink as the First Ever Special Envoy for international water affairs.

22 August marks an exciting milestone as we proudly revealed the next Game Changer Challenge, presented by Wavemakers United and the esteemed IHE Delft Institute for Water Education at World Water week in Stockholm!

We are proud that Wavemakers United Foundation has now been granted the ANBI status by the Dutch authorities! With this ANBI status we embark on a new chapter and we are very grateful to our partners, volunteers and the team who have played an important role in earning this designation.

On the 11th of July 130 American students visited the Humanity Hub to attend presentations and workshops hosted by Wavemaker Muhammet Biljic. They were challenged to solve water-related problems with a Wavemakers-mindset of achieving climate goals like Olympic achievements

Wavemakers Marcelien Bos-de Koning OLY and Noémie Plumier will represent our community in Paris 25th until 27th of May and join forces with this global network of Changemakers.
